GDB makes available these electronic banking services to provide its clients with the appropriate tools for the efficient and safe management of their banking accounts.

At GDB we are constantly working to offer our clients new products and services that can be accessed through the Internet in order to facilitate their daily tasks and operations.

The following services are accessible to our clients in a quick and secure fashion:

This service allows our clients to manage their accounts. The user will have access to many options, such as transaction inquiries, checks inquiries, internal transfers, and statements requests, among others.

With our Government Direct Banking-ACH system, you can execute the following electronic transactions:

Payroll Direct Deposit, as well as diet payment or any other payment to your employees.
Process payment to vendors with notice of payment sent by e-mail.
Transfers between accounts (cash concentration or disbursement between internal and external accounts.)
Payment of withholdings to the Social Security
Payment of child support withholdings to ASUME
Payment of income tax withholdings to the Department of the Treasury.
Payment of withholdings to AEELA.
Other credit of debit transactions, according to the client’s needs or type of business.

The images check system is available to access checks paid from your account through the Internet. This system allows the client to see both sides of the check and print them. It also provides the capacity to export images into different formats, such as bmp and tiff.

This system allows our clients to notify to the recipients of ACH transactions the following information via e-mail:

effective date of disbursement
disbursement identification (Example: invoice number)
information about the agency executing the disbursement (example: contact person, e-mail, telephone number).
